- Fill in your store details first (Shop settings): legal name, address, email, and the return window.
- Shop settings > Policies: tick the policies you want and press Create policy pages.
- Each becomes a normal page you edit in the builder, hidden from the menus. They are listed in your footer, and the refund, privacy and terms pages are linked at checkout.
- On a site with English and Arabic, the other language is filled in as the page's translation.
Tip: These are plain-language templates for shops in the UAE (with wording for Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka and elsewhere), not legal advice. Have a lawyer review them, and rewrite a page from the template when your returns, delivery or payment options change.
