Delivery areas
- Add an area, choose its countries and, if you like, regions or emirates (Dubai, Sharjah...). Leave regions empty to cover a whole country.
- Give it one or more rates: a name, a price, free over an amount, and the usual number of days.
- A customer's address is matched to the first area that covers it, so put the most specific areas first. "Everywhere else" catches the rest.
Pickup
Add pickup points with an address, opening hours and instructions. Customers choose one at checkout.
Delivery times
Offer time windows (09:00 to 12:00...), how many days ahead, the notice you need, closed days and how many orders fit in a window. Set your time zone so the windows are right.
