Tax invoices, credit notes and the Saudi QR code

Every order has a tax invoice; every refund a numbered credit note. Saudi shops get the ZATCA QR code, and invoices can be bilingual.

Part of CPS eMart and CPS Custom.

  • Invoices use your legal name, address and tax number from Shop settings. Customers open them from their order page.
  • A refund creates a credit note with its own number series and prefix. Export them as CSV for your returns.
  • Bilingual invoices: your legal name and address in Arabic beside the English.
  • Saudi Arabia: turn on the ZATCA QR code (seller, tax number, time, total and VAT) on invoices and credit notes.
