Two-step sign-in and account security

Protect your account with a code from an authenticator app, keep recovery codes, see recent sign-ins and sign out everywhere.

  1. Security > Turn on two-step sign-in: scan the QR code with an authenticator app and enter its code.
  2. Save the 10 recovery codes somewhere safe. Each works once if you lose your phone.
  3. From then on, sign in with your password and a code from the app.

The owner can require two-step sign-in for the whole team. You also see recent sign-ins, and can sign out on every device at once.
