Custom work (CPS Custom)

Ask for custom apps and integrations, approve estimates in support units and follow the work against your yearly budget.

Part of CPS Custom.

  1. Custom work > New request: what you need, files from your uploads, a priority and a date.
  2. We reply with an estimate in support units (8 units are 1 hour). Approve it before work starts.
  3. A meter shows units used and left this plan year, and the renewal date. Units do not roll over.
  4. Work beyond the yearly 150 units needs a separate approved quote.
