Publish, versions, preview links and scheduling

Publish when ready, restore any of the last 30 versions, share a 30-minute preview link, or schedule a page to go live later.

  • Publish runs a check first ("Before you publish"). Each problem has a Fix button that jumps to the field.
  • Every publish is kept under Versions (the last 30). Restore puts an older version back into the draft, ready to publish.
  • Preview link shares the draft with anyone for 30 minutes, without publishing it.
  • Schedule: choose a date and time and the draft goes live then.

Tip: Translations publish with the page: publishing the English page also publishes its Arabic text.
